London design festival 2017

London design festival is back again and this time it is bigger and better than ever before. For 8 days, towards the end of September, London is transformed into an eclectic display of design disciplines set to ignite the imagination of everyone attending the event.

The wide range of creative installations and events celebrating contemporary design can be seen in many locations across London including Granary Square, Tottenham Court Road, The Old Truman Brewery on Hanbury Street and Oxford Circus – everywhere from well-known museums to small local studios. In fact, the whole city is abuzz with preparation for this world-famous event.

Every year since 2003 the festival showcases the work of designers, architects, artists and retailers.. The large-scale installations, exhibitions and events make for some very interesting viewing to be enjoyed by the whole family.

Once again, the main hub will take place at The Victoria and Albert Museum, hosting a wide range of activities, from talks and workshops, to installations and exhibitions.
