In London, Winter Wonderland is in full swing, with the attendant thrills, bright lights and revolving carousel bars. Only a 10 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk from B+B Belgravia, this is always a popular choice.
If you prefer a more traditional venue, the Tate Modern hosts a village of Alpine chalets from their entrance down to the river. This is a magical location to enjoy your Glühwein, and only a short walk from the South Bank Centre, with its gorgeous Christmas crafts fair.
To enjoy the famous London Christmas lights most people head down to Oxford Circus (only 2 stops on the Victoria line), from when you can admire the famous shopping thoroughfares of Oxford Street, Carnaby Street, and the spectacular Regent’s Street illuminations. However, I would recommend hustling through those crowds as quickly as possible and heading towards Covent Garden, where you will find the enchanting (and calmer) Seven Dials; this year transformed into a magical winter forest.
Whatever you are doing this Christmas the Christmas capital has something for everyone; just ask our duty manager team on site for their personal recommendations.
